The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show is beautifully laid out over a large area of the Palace grounds and has spectacular show gardens, water gardens, magnificent exhibits of flowers and plants of all descriptions, sculpture, garden furniture and in fact everything to interest the gardener. It is the ideal place to get new ideas and to buy, or just look. Unlike Chelsea there is lots of room and you can both see and talk to exhibitors in a relaxed atmosphere.
The show starts with a Gala Evening on Monday 7th July, with champagne picnics, music, entertainments and fireworks. It is an ideal time to see the show before the crowds arrive.
Main show days are Tuesday 8th July to Sunday 13th July (with the first two days reserved for RHS members). Tickets can be obtained from the RHS (Ticket Hotline 0870 247 1227).
You are welcome to come and visit us on our stand No D/84, which is on the North bank of the Long Water, next to the main pontoon. We will have about 16 of my fountains on display, including two new designs this year. One of these is based on the spectacular Thalia water plant and is a smaller version of the 6ft high fountain commissioned for a client in Wiltshire early this year (see the Recent Designs section of the Fountain Gallery on the website). The other new design is a tall fountain 6ft high, inspired by the sacred Lotus plant. Water drops from several flower heads onto pools in the large twisted leaves and eventually into the water below.
